Senior Quality Control Manager (Advanced Manufacturing)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Quality Control Manager (Advanced Manufacturing) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee quality control efforts for large-scale construction projects, with a strong emphasis on execution, compliance, and timely delivery. The position partners closely with project teams, owners, and contractors to ensure work meets contract requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep construction quality control expertise and the ability to drive disciplined processes across complex project environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with project teams to implement contract drawings and specifications Collaborate with owners and contractors to ensure quality and timely project completion Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan's three phases of control Oversee submittal review and approval processes Schedule and conduct quality control meetings Establish testing procedures per contract specifications Lead inspections and manage the punch list process Qualifications Undergraduate degree in construction or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of construction quality control and/or inspection experience Proven initiative and personal responsibility for delivering value Ability to create a vision and align teams to achieve outcomes Track record of developing creative strategic solutions Strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, ethical, and innovative Benefits Opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects Engagement in a high-performance culture that values excellence Access to professional development and training opportunities Involvement in recruiting top industry talent Supportive work environment prioritizing safety and compliance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
