Senior Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities

• Providing on-the-floor QA support for manufacturing activities across assigned shifts
• Ensuring adherence to GMP regulations and internal quality standards
• Reviewing and approving batch records, logbooks, and quality documentation
• Supporting deviations
• Partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QC, and Engineering teams
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Acting as a quality advocate, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 4 years work experience, or Associate degree with 2 years work experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 months work experience, or Master's degree
• GMP Knowledgeable, preferably with some QA experience
• Team player
• Fast learner and responsible

Pay

$40.00 - $43.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
