This position will work in a hybrid capacity from one of our four offices: Santa Monica, CA; Newark, NJ; Boca Raton, FL; or Charlotte, NC. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborating closely with Development, Product Management, and QA leadership to define and implement effective test approaches and strategies that align with the needs of individual products as well as broader product linesLeading the definition and implementation of QA policies and proceduresLeading the effort to maintain and improve the overall QA processes and frameworksDeveloping and executing test plans, editing and/or writing test cases and test scripts, and evaluating test results to determine compliance with test plans and established business processesDeveloping testing documentation and reporting on test process and resultsManaging feature, End to End , regression and User Acceptance TestingStaying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesEvaluating the process and results of quality assurance and makes informed recommendations for continuous improvement in the process and productsDesigning, implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks for web application. Developing robust, reusable and scalable test scripts for regression and integration testing. Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java or Python. Reviewing and revising automated test cases for accuracy and completenessAnalyzing requirements and designing performance test plans and strategiesExecuting performance tests and collecting system performance metrics What You'll Bring to the Table: Minimum 4 years of work experience in software quality assuranceKnowledge of software QA methodologies, processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similarAdministration of software QA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similarExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases and bug reportsExperience with automated testing toolsHands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Pytest framework for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. Write clean, well-structured Java/Python code for test frameworksAbility to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse testing activities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with test management tools such as Zephyr or TestRail for planning documenting, executing and tracking test cases and resultsExcellent communication skills, able to take direction and work in a collaborative environmentAbility to oversee the Quality Assurance of a development project from start to finishBasic database/SQL script creation and executionAbility to mentor QA engineers by providing guidance, training and lead automation strategies.
