Senior Quality Analyst - Full time, Day, Remote

About the role

The Senior Quality Control (QC) Analyst is an advanced level position within the CTMS team that supports the lifecycle management of CTMS Data Quality Control. This includes executing the Velos eResearch QC plan across the PSJH enterprise, assisting in creating SOPs and QC reports, QC execution, and study team training.

Responsibilities

• Supports the lifecycle management of CTMS Data Quality Control
• Executes the Velos eResearch QC plan across the PSJH enterprise
• Assists in creating SOPs and QC reports
• Performs QC execution
• Trains study teams
• Identifies key operational process improvements through data and trends
• Works closely with study teams and research administration leadership
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to achieve data stewardship goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, legal, or business discipline
• Or 4 additional years of related experience
• 6 years of closely related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Science in Administration, or Public Health
• 8 years of relevant QC experience

Skills

Requires critical thinking skills for complex problem solving and high-end data analysis skills as it relates to clinical trial workflow data. Keen analytical skills and excellent communication and relationship building skills are also required.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
