Please Note This role is based in our Southlake, TX officeLiberty Software does not offer employment sponsorship opportunities for this role (e.g., H-1B, OPT, or other work visa status) What You’ll Do Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality at all stages of the development cyclePerform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for windows, web, and mobile applicationsCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective strategiesManage bug tracking, ensuring timely logging, prioritization, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA or similarDrive the development and maintenance of advanced automated test scripts to support continuous testing and enhance coverageConduct performance and load testing to assess application stability under varying conditionsAnalyze test results, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable insights to improve product qualityAct as a mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learningProactively identify opportunities for process improvement, including tool and methodology adoption to enhance testing efficiencyEnsure compliance with industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferredFive (5)+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes requiredPharmacy software or healthcare technology solutions experience is a plusISTQB Advanced Level Certification or similar professional QA certifications preferredProven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile)Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar)Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environmentsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA integration preferredProficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automated testing and process optimization preferredExperience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plusExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals Benefits Starting Day One 100% employer-paid medical and life insurance for employees, with optional dental and vision coverage at no costFamily coverage available with Liberty contributing 50% of the premiumFully vested 401(k) with employer match Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA)Generous paid time off and paid holidaysTuition reimbursement and continuing education supportAdoption expense reimbursementDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for tax savings on childcareConfidential counseling resources for mental health, financial planning, and more, via Optum EAPFully stocked breakroom Ready to own quality?
