Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong Fit Candidate
• Senior Backend Engineer with heavy Python/FastAPI experience
• 10+ years of experience
• Has built and supported production APIs deployed in AWS or GCP
• Experience integrating external AI/LLM providers rather than building ML models
• Comfortable with microservices, event-driven architectures, queues, caching strategies, and high-availability systems
• Has experience managing authentication, security, observability, and production support
• React exposure is a significant bonus

Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
