About the role
Position will be a Senior Python Developer with experience in Python, REST, ReactJS, preferably within Financial services in Global Markets. Requires 10+ years of hands‑on programming in any object‑oriented language (preferably Python), 7+ years as a senior developer on front‑office applications in banking services (knowledge of Fixed Income products a plus), and 7+ years of experience as a quantitative researcher/developer able to work with domain‑specific data analysis. Located in Jersey City, New Jersey. Contract position. Pay range: $54.62‑$64.62 per hour. Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products
- 5+ years of experience in Risk and pricing application development
- Experience or Knowledge of Trade Surveillance and Market Misconduct in Global Markets
- Subject matter expertise to work on Quartz platform within client
