Senior Python Developer

About the role

The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for supporting the development of mission-critical applications using modern software development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build new features and enhancements
• Code refactoring and optimization
• Defect fixes and technical debt remediation
• Application modernization and migration efforts
• Performance improvements and scalability initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience using Python, including large data libraries
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience working with large-scale databases
• Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
