Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary mental health teams delivering comprehensive behavioral health services.
• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and guidance to psychologists, therapists, and allied professionals.
• Mentor psychology trainees, interns, and licensed staff while fostering professional growth.
• Deliver direct clinical services, including psychological assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation.
• Help design, implement, and evaluate innovative mental health programs that improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, housing agencies, rehabilitation programs, and other partners.
• Champion equitable, culturally responsive services for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Oversee psychological testing and support program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide expert testimony related to psychological evaluations when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Doctorate from an accredited university in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or another discipline recognized as equivalent by the California Board of Psychology.
• Two (2) years of post-licensure experience applying psychological techniques in a mental health setting.
• Current license to practice as a Psychologist issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Psychology.
