Senior Property Placement Broker - Power & Renewable Energy

About the role

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for builder's risk and operational insurance programs
• Facilitate submission information with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide continuous broking support during client engagements
• Create and deliver client presentations with analytical data
• Negotiate accounts and endorsements directly with underwriters
• Drive technology utilization in broking and client services
• Manage the service aspects of an assigned book of business

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of relevant P&C insurance experience
• Validated knowledge of Property Insurance coverages
• M&A experience including Due Diligence projects is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Outstanding Microsoft Suite and presentation expertise

Pay

$180,000 – $245,000 annually
