Senior Property Manager at Antero Apartments

Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Senior Property Manager to join the team at Antero Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO. The company is committed to creating an exceptional customer experience through innovation and service, including early adoption of Self-Guided Tours.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing overall operations of the property, including maintenance and office functions.
• Regularly communicating with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Effectively leading the property team to ensure efficient property operations on all levels.
• Managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of multifamily Property Manager experience required.
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred.
