Senior Project Scientist

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Extensive client contact
• Leading field activities
• Data interpretation

• Other technical support activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience and a B.S. degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Engineering or other scientific discipline
• 40-hour OSHA Hazwoper training
• Direct on-scene experience with hazardous substances, and oil releases and spills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Solid organization skills, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and anticipate team needs

Qualifications

The successful candidate will also have a strong desire to support the mission of protecting public health and the environment. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass applicable background checks and regular drug screenings.

Pay

Salary Range: $87,612 - $115,841 - $143,965
