Senior Project Scheduler (Nuclear Power Plant)

About the role

Based in Perry, Ohio, the Project Scheduler reports to the Senior Manager of Projects and maintains project schedules across multiple disciplines for both online and outage implementation windows, supporting the Long-Range Plan. You will archive completed project schedules and handle scoping, resource scheduling, and resource leveling in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for online and outages following fleet/station standards.
• Work with other work groups and vendors (onsite and offsite) to gather necessary information for schedule development and quality.
• Coordinate activities of site work groups, site organization, or vendors through the project schedule, providing scheduling support.
• Minimize equipment/system out-of-service time, Technical Specification Action Conditions, and plant risk.
• Communicate schedule issues or conflicts promptly to the Site Manager of Projects and the Project Manager.
• Attend project team meetings and report on schedule status.
• Support the development and updating of Project Health Reports (PHRs) for Project Review Committee (PRC) meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• Proficiency in P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools.
• Experience with nuclear operations and processes.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $50.00/hour to $63.00/hour, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
