Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of a multi-workstream program aimed at improving crisis management operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones across various teams.
- Cook up and maintain stakeholder alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
- Proactively manage action logs, follow up with workstream owners, and address any blockers effectively.
- Create executive-level status reports and governance updates to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Facilitate governance forums and working group meetings, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines.
Skills
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in complex organizational settings.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives and influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in standard project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with crisis management, operational resilience, or risk management initiatives.
- Exposure to global security or incident response coordination environments.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $86 - $123 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
