Senior Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Drives the financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manages billing processes.
• Led monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
• Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.

Requirements

• Education: BS/BA (or relevant experience)
• Experience: 5+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery

Skills

• Good at establishing clear directions; effective communicator; problem-solver; adaptable communication style; organized; understands job responsibilities of others and functions appropriately
• Experience in health and medical advertising / pharma
• Technical Expertise: MS Office Suite; Experience with Project Management software (nice to have)
