Senior Project Planner

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Planner to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role supports the financial and production coordination needs of healthcare marketing work across print, digital, and video channels. The Senior Project Planner will partner closely with client-facing and project leadership teams to maintain budget integrity, manage estimates and billing, and ensure forecasting is accurate and well-supported. It is a highly collaborative position that helps drive transparency, discipline, and operational efficiency across assigned brands and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of production knowledge, vendor coordination, and financial management experience in a fast-paced agency or healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Drive the financial health of assigned brands Create and maintain yearly and project-specific budget scope documents Develop estimates and manage billing processes Lead monthly forecasting and provide rationale for submissions Serve as the client point of contact for financial management Collaborate with project managers and account leads to ensure financial transparency Qualifications 5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing production and delivery Expertise in financial management and vendor coordination Strong understanding of print, digital, and video production Experience in healthcare, medical advertising, or pharmaceutical marketing Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software preferred Benefits Diverse and inclusive workplace culture Opportunities for professional development Encouragement to apply transferable skills Access to a talent network for additional career opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
