Senior Project Manager with Digital Integrations with eCommerce and Retail background(Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager with a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability to lead overall programs with strong attention to strategy implementation and delegation, particularly in digital integrations with eCommerce and SAP applications for large, global distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and integration programs, including app development.
• Manage and lead teams, partner agencies, and globally distributed virtual teams.
• Plan, facilitate, elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Operate in Agile Scrum environments and play customer-facing roles.
• Handle senior customer stakeholders independently with a strong customer focus.
• Understand customer needs—both stated and unstated—and provide consultative alternatives.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks; produce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage tasks effectively while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence senior client stakeholder conversations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating support operations.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and manage project budgets to deliver established business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
• Stay updated on trends in eCommerce, digital marketing, data analytics, CRM campaigns, supply chain logistics, and finance.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in information technology and digital technologies.
• Experience leading large digital transformation and integration programs.
• Proven ability to manage globally distributed virtual teams and partner agencies.
• Extensive experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong customer-facing experience with senior stakeholder management.
