About the role
Lead mechanical project teams in heavy industrial settings, overseeing design, construction, and commissioning phases. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met within budget and scope.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical projects from concept through completion
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical project management
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Experience with heavy industrial machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Pay
- $100,000 - $120,000 annually
