Senior Project Manager- Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with municipal clients
  • Lead the firm’s water / wastewater efforts in the region
  • Manage engineering projects and/or personnel
  • Work with existing staff and develop your own team
  • Lead by example and be professionally respected
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Possess an understanding of water / wastewater principles
  • Catch McGill’s vision of shaping communities together
  • Lead water / wastewater project tasks such as treatment facility planning and design, raw water intakes, water distribution lines, booster pump station design, regional water planning, water system mapping and management plans, lift station design, sanitary sewer system planning and design, asset management planning, and various permitting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in water / wastewater plant design
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering projects and/or personnel
  • PE license
  • Valid driver’s license
