We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview, Essential Functions (with subparts), Education And Experience, Skills/Abilitites, Work Environment, Physical Requirements. Also maybe Responsibilities? The essential functions cover responsibilities. We need to use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly.
We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless present. There's no explicit pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not include those sections.
We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:
- About the role (from Overview)
- Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Requirements (Education And Experience)
- Skills (Skills/Abilitites)
- Work Environment (maybe as its own section? Not in list but we could treat as "Work Environment" maybe under Responsibilities? The instruction says use those headings only; but we can also add other headings? It says use
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly.

The instruction says use those headings only; but we can also add other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate; but we could also have other headings? Probably better to stick to those. Work Environment could be part of Responsibilities or maybe Qualifications? But we have a separate "Work Environment" section not in list; maybe we can omit or incorporate into Responsibilities. Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements? Might be better to include as a separate section but not in allowed list? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. But they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can include Work Environment and Physical Requirements as sections with appropriate headings, maybe "Work Environment" and "Physical Requirements". That seems okay.
We must not include empty sections.
Let's extract content.
Overview: The Senior Project Manager accepts profit and loss responsibility and accountability for the execution of all project contracts and customer accounts as assigned by Alterman management. The Senior Project Manager is typically assigned to larger, more complex projects and carries out project tasks safely, at the highest quality and lowest cost. This position will have primary responsibility for leading electrical construction projects within the water and wastewater market, including water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, process facilities, and related municipal and industrial infrastructure. The Senior Project Manager is expected to have extensive electrical construction experience in water/wastewater or similar process-intensive industrial environments, including experience with electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation, controls, PLC/SCADA systems, process equipment, and construction within active operating facilities.
That's About the role.
Essential Functions: broken into percentages and bullet-like sentences. We need to convert to - . We'll capture each bullet as list item.
We have sections: Account Management (10%), Project Planning (10%), Project Management (Office) (30%), Project Management (Field) (15%), plus other items: "Works with the department director to identify critical path activities..." (15%), "Performs other duties as assigned." (10%). Also there is a line "Oversees and provides support to direct reports, including Project Managers, to ensure that their job responsibilities are being fulfilled. Conducts regular performance reviews. 15%" Actually that line appears after Project Management (Field) maybe part of that? Let's parse:
After Project Management (Field): 15% ... "Oversees and provides support to direct reports, including Project Managers, to ensure that their job responsibilities are being fulfilled. Conducts regular performance reviews. 15%" Actually the text: "Oversees and provides support to direct reports, including Project Managers, to ensure that their job responsibilities are being fulfilled. Conducts regular performance reviews. 15% Works with the department director to identify critical path activities of this position and prepares process documentation, when directed. If approved, ensures that other staff members understand the processes and can provide adequate support for the critical path activities. Reviews documentation on an annual basis and makes necessary adjustments to reflect current processes. 10% Performs other duties as assigned. 10%"
Thus we have three more items: Oversees and provides support... (15%), Works with department director... (15%? Actually says 15% then next line says Works with department director... 10%? Wait: The text: "Oversees and provides support to direct reports, including Project Managers, to ensure that their job responsibilities are being fulfilled. 10%"
So there is a 15% for overseeing direct reports, then a 10% for works with department director..., then a 10% for other duties.
Thus we need to capture those as list items.
Education And Experience: Must meet the minimum requirements of one of the following pathways: list three pathways.
We'll output as

Skills/Abilitites: list of bullet-like sentences.
Work Environment: paragraph.
Physical Requirements: list of bullet-like sentences.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
Now produce HTML.

Reviews documentation on an annual basis and makes necessary adjustments to reflect current processes. 10% Performs other duties as assigned. 10%
We need to split the last part into separate items.
