Senior Project Manager - Wastewater Projects - Hybrid Flex

About the role

The Senior Project Manager - Wastewater Projects - Hybrid Flex will:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Cookorate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress for stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

• 10+ years of experience in water / wastewater or relevant sectors.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge in saftey regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
• Exceptional communication skills for liasing with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 USD (Depending on experience).
