Senior Project Manager Veeva
Position Summary
- Seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Veeva CRM Project.
- Previous experience with Veeva Vault CRM and Reltio MDM.
- This role will ensure global project stakeholders collaborate successfully on projects and communications are managed centrally.
- The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of applications and enhancement projects from planning through deployment and support.
- Manage multiple projects to introduce new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents in global collaboration workspaces.
- Provide Veeva Vault CRM application planning and control by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Document end-user support processes and provide knowledge references for the service desk.
- Manage relationships with implementation vendors and consultants.
Education/Certification Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent in experience.
- PMP certification a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years working in information technology project management required and experience working in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple, concurrent assignments.
- Strong time management skills.
- Follow all IT SOPs and guidance for the delivery and support of regulated systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Experience working in a highly regulated IT environment with a strong documentation culture and formal change management process.
- Strong Project management experience required.
- Operational knowledge of MS Word, Project, Power Point and Excel are required.
- Able to correspond with all levels of management.
- A team player able to work in a dynamic environment with attention to high quality results.
- Self-motivated and directed with the ability to function independently, as well as part of a cohesive team.
