Senior Project Manager - US Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - US Remote to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead complex, multi-site programs that bring together connected devices, software, analytics, and field operations for public safety and video security customers. The Senior Project Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and customer stakeholders to ensure deployments are delivered smoothly and aligned to agency requirements. Success in this position will require strong program leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to guide customers through technical implementation and change. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the rollout of connected devices, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing systems Oversee the implementation of AI workflows, including automated redaction and voice-command integration Act as the primary contact between Engineering, Product, and customers to meet agency needs Manage complex, multi-site programs integrating voice, data, video, and AI analytics Ensure project execution aligns with contractual scope, schedule, and budget Influence cross-functional teams to deliver a unified ecosystem solution Guide agencies through the transition to the converged platform Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Project/Program Management in Telecommunications, Video Security, or Public Safety Technology PMP Certification required Ability to obtain government-required background clearance Strong understanding of body-worn camera workflows and digital evidence management systems Familiarity with AI-assisted software, including transcription, object detection, or NLP, preferred Knowledge of wireless/LTE infrastructure and policies regarding retention and chain of custody Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with Police Chiefs and City Councils Benefits Incentive bonus plans Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match 10 paid holidays Generous paid time off packages Employee stock purchase plan Paid parental and family leave And more Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
