UIC Arctic Operations & Development is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and management of Arctic infrastructure projects.
About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion within budget and timeline constraints. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Oversee project budgets and financial reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in Arctic environments preferred
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
