Senior Project Manager - U&R

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at BakerHicks, you’ll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value projects in the Transmission & Distribution sector. You’ll be the trusted link between clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Guide large-scale or multiple projects with confidence and clarity.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
• Champion collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contracts while keeping projects on track and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative solutions.
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Experienced project leader with a background in Utilities, Renewables, or Infrastructure.
• Skilled communicator who values teamwork and inclusion.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and project governance.
• Ability to bring people together and create a positive, solution-focused environment.
