About the Role

Construction Senior Project Manager with a High Growth Fully Integrated Development Firm, Hybrid Work, Unlimited PTO, Ownership Potential!

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction projects from conception through completion
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management
• Participate in the selection of vendors and subcontractors

Requirements

• 10+ years of multi-unit construction experience
• Experience with multi-family construction or Student Housing construction
• Experience with projects over $20M

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with project management software
