Senior Project Manager, Streaming Intelligence & Data Platform

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of streaming intelligence and data platform projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/project manager role.
• Proven experience in managing complex, high-impact projects in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, streaming technologies, and data analytics principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar are preferred.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks is a plus.
