The Senior Project Manager will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across a dynamic and evolving organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, bringing structure where needed while remaining highly flexible and pragmatic in approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scope, enterprise-level projects, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with functional project managers and leaders to coordinate efforts, remove roadblocks and drive executions
• Bring a flexible. fit-for-purpose approach to project management by adapting tools, frameworks, and processes based on project and team needs
• Support prioritization across competing initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Prioritize and partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes
• Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data-driven decision making
• Drive adoption of practical best practices that effect team effectiveness
• Present project and program updates and insights to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience required
• Proven success leading complex initiatives in dynamic or evolving environments required
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering, or scientific environments required
