We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes location, practice/department, work environment, compensation, "Who You Are", "How You’ll Make an Impact", duties/responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, compensation repeated, working conditions, physical requirements, EEO boilerplate (to remove). Also "Connect with us!" social media (remove). Also "Final agreed-upon compensation..." is part of compensation details; we can include in Pay section. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role (combining Who You Are and How You’ll Make an Impact?), Responsibilities (Duties and Responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe technical skills list), Benefits (none explicit), Pay (Compensation), Schedule (Work Environment? maybe Hybrid). The posting mentions Work Environment: Hybrid. That's schedule? Could be schedule. Also Location(s): Southern California. Could be location but not a section heading; we can include in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location and Work Environment could be minor metadata; we could include in a short

under About the role or separate? Probably include in a short paragraph after heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Compensation is given: $150,000-$190,000 annually. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: Hybrid work environment. Could be Schedule section. Benefits: none explicit, so omit. Skills: Could list technical tools etc. Could be a section. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for duties we list each bullet? The duties are in paragraphs with bold headings. We could convert each duty category into a list? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to identify lists. The posting has sections like "Advanced Engineering and Technical Expertise" with multiple sentences; we could treat each sentence as a list item? Might be overkill but we can create a
        with each duty as
      • . Similarly for requirements (minimum qualifications) we can list each qualification. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the sentences as is, just wrap in
      • . Ensure we don't lose any info. Let's extract content: Location(s): Southern California Practice/Department: Engineering Work Environment: Hybrid Compensation: $150,000-$190,000 annually* Who You Are As an employee-owner, you embrace accountability, working safely, and collaboration while thinking resourcefully and independently. Connect with us! ... (remove) EEO boilerplate (remove) We need to output HTML fragment only. We'll create sections:

        About the Role

with paragraphs combining Who You Are and How You’ll Make an Impact, plus location and work environment maybe as a short p.

        Responsibilities

        with
        • each duty sentence.

          Requirements

          with Minimum Qualifications as
          • .

            Qualifications

            with Preferred Qualifications as
            • .

              Skills

maybe list technical tools etc. Could combine from duties and qualifications but we already have them. Might be redundant. Could omit Skills section if not needed. But we have technical tools listed in duties; we could still include Skills but risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Skills into Responsibilities or Qualifications. Let's omit Skills. Pay:

              Pay

with p containing compensation details. Schedule:

              Schedule

with p about Hybrid work environment. We should not include Benefits section. We need to preserve all substantive info: location, practice/department maybe we can include in About the Role paragraph. Let's craft. We'll need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, social media, etc. Now produce HTML. Let's write:

              About the Role

Location: Southern California. Practice/Department: Engineering. Work Environment: Hybrid.
