About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet client expectations.
- Oversee risk management processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Qualifications
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of software development processes and tools.
