About the role
SEI’s Investment Manager Services (IMS) Division is expanding its Managed Accounts team. This role collaborates across managed accounts teams—including trading, client service, account administration, portfolio administration, reconciliation, and security master—to deliver the highest standards of service and account management. You will manage and develop processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, SQL, and VBA, troubleshoot issues, and design new solutions to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical processes, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Represent SEI professionally when interacting with external clients and vendors.
- Monitor and verify that all established processes function effectively, addressing issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with SMA operations teams, maintaining professional and precise communication via email and in person.
- Support the development and documentation of technical processes and controls, contributing to process improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in computer science, accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience identifying and building efficient solutions, preferably in an investment environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Dataverse), SharePoint, Python, SQL, and VBA.
- Detail-oriented, team player, flexible, and adaptable to various product deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, take initiative, and own assigned responsibilities.
- Skilled in identifying, resolving, or escalating problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze issues quickly under tight time constraints.
- Comfortable working in an open floor environment.

- Proficiency with Alteryx, Jira, and Confluence.
