Senior Project Manager - SIS

Responsibilities
- Supervise project management and construction management teams in all project phases, including studies, programming and planning, preconstruction services, design, procurements, construction, and closeout.
- Act as the team leader, responsible from initiation through completion of construction.
- Lead meetings with owners, architects, and provide leadership role in client relations.
- Mentor and lead on-site staff.
- Manage the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget-conscious, and complete documents on schedule.
- Target and pursue additional business with existing clients, and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ Years experience in a Project Management role managing commercial and public sector projects of buildings ranging in costs of $20 Million to $200 Million.
- Managing projects from initiation through completion of construction, and responsible for leading meetings with owner, architects and as well as providing leadership role in client relations, directing and mentoring on-site staff.
- 5+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, value engineering and costing).
- 3+ years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget-conscious, and complete documents on schedule.
- 10+ years of experience reading and understanding construction plans, drawings and technical specifications, and the implementation of project delivery strategies in a Project Work Plan.
- Demonstrated ability to target and pursue additional business with existing clients, and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent and 10 years of industry experience, /or equivalent industry experience of 20 years.
