Senior Project Manager- Senior Living, Healthcare

About the role

A nationally recognized integrated design, architecture, engineering, and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Healthcare & Senior Living practice. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary experts in a highly supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare and Senior Living projects from planning and design through construction and completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and consulting disciplines.
• Drive collaboration, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Project Management experience within architecture or design.
• Experience leading Healthcare, Hospital, Medical Office, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or related projects.

Qualifications

• Architectural licensure preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Proven success managing budgets, schedules, project teams, and multiple stakeholders.
