SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER

Primary Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex, cross-functional IT projects.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources.Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance against established objectives.Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership.Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered within approved timelines and budgets. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing large, complex IT infrastructure or software development projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
