Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (Construction)

Core Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish — planning, budgeting, scheduling, and day-to-day execution
• Lead and coordinate project teams to keep work on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and approval
• Spot risks proactively and put mitigation plans in place before issues escalate
• Serve as a key point of contact with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaborative working relationships

Qualifications

• Solid track record as a Project Manager at a general contracting firm, with experience on commercial, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, or comparable project types
• Background in commercial or industrial construction required
• Experience with ground-up builds and tenant improvement (TI) projects strongly preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is a plus but not mandatory
