Competitive SalaryPTO, holiday break401kGlobally ranked company cultureHappy Hours & company sponsored events Job DetailsEssential Job Functions Creation and coordination for sophisticated, efficient, and innovative designsCoordinating project development with the project manager and assist with all project efforts, both technical and administrative to ensure successful completionProduction and coordination of working drawingsKeeping of document records of the design and construction drawing processesLaying groundwork for the successful organization and kick-off for a projectCoordinating the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packagesAssist in the review, processing and tracking of all RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings and related consultant reviews and responses and jurisdictional permittingMonitoring and distributing internal and external project communications as requestedMeeting deadlines, removing obstacles, and participating in design team meetingsCoordinating with consultants on each phase of the project and communicate any updates and changesCollaborating with architectural and administrative team members within the officeKnowledge and application of current building, zoning, fire protection and jurisdictional code requirements Skills Required Extensive knowledge and experience with Autodesk RevitExcellent written, oral and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills, and an ability to collaborate with others in a deadline driven environmentProactive attitude Qualifications 5-8+ years of professional experienceLicensure preferred but not a requirementBachelors degree in architecture from an accredited program (or equivalent professional experience) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
