Senior Project Manager - Power Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

This remote position drives complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track within the Real Estate & Construction space.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor junior project management professionals
• Manage projects in line with company policies and procedures
• Build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee contract negotiations and change order processes
• Implement effective risk management and change control processes
• Establish quality control and EHS programs for project execution
• Conduct thorough project estimates and proposals

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in the utility industry with proven Project Management experience
• 3+ years in EPC projects
• PMP Certification required
• Detailed knowledge of project management fundamentals
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and/or Primavera scheduling software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience managing client relationships and navigating organizational barriers

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
