Senior Project Manager - Power Delivery

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "About WSP" maybe? It's not a required heading but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About WSP" is company description; could be part of "About the role"? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can decide which sections to include based on content. We have content: Job Description includes "This Opportunity" paragraph describing role. Then "Your Impact" bullet-like paragraphs (actually sentences). Then "Who You Are" with Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Then "About WSP" description. Also mention location: based out of Texas or Louisiana with ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location in the southeast region. Travel requirement. Also mention benefits: "WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model while meeting client needs. Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career." That's benefits info. Also mention "WSP USA (and all of its U.S. companies) is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's EEO boilerplate to remove. Also "NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES..." legal boilerplate to remove. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep location, travel, benefits, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We must not create sections like Pay or Schedule unless posting actually states them. No pay/schedule mentioned. So omit those. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (maybe from "This Opportunity" paragraph) - Responsibilities (from "Your Impact" paragraphs) - Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Or separate Qualifications and Skills? The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have Required Qualifications (education, experience, skills). Preferred Qualifications (Master's, PMP, PE). Also there are skills mentioned: analytical, organizational, communication, etc. Could be under Skills. We could structure:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility as li

Requirements

  • ... required qualifications items

Preferred Qualifications

  • ...
But the instruction list includes Qualifications as a heading; maybe we can combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications? However they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have Requirements (maybe for required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe for preferred?), Skills (maybe for skillset). But we need to avoid filler. Better to follow typical pattern: Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (certifications/preferred), Skills (specific abilities). But we have a lot of skill descriptions in Required Qualifications section (analytical, organizational, communication, etc). Could put those under Skills. Let's parse the Required Qualifications bullet list (actually paragraph sentences). It includes: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience within an A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment. - 15+ years of progressive post‑education experience in a project management or senior technical leadership role, preferably supporting power delivery, transmission & distribution (T&D), substation, or utility capital projects. - Highly proficient understanding of the project delivery lifecycle within the A/E/C and utility industries, including proposal development, project initiation, engineering coordination, procurement support, construction execution, commissioning, and project closeout, with a strong background in Power Delivery project management - Advanced analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated business and commercial acumen, enabling effective integration of project controls, financial performance, risk management, and client objectives. - Advanced proficiency in critical thinking, risk‑based decision‑making, and problem‑solving, including performing project management assessments, schedule and cost evaluations, forecasting, and scenario analysis to optimize Power Delivery project outcomes. - Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively, persuasively, and professionally with executive leadership, utility clients (IOUs, IPPs, Co‑Ops, Munis), subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. - Demonstrated self‑leadership and accountability, with strong attention to detail, quality, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast‑paced Power Delivery and utility project environment. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to mid‑level and senior project staff, with strict adherence to QA/QC, safety, and delivery standards. - Advanced proficiency in technical writing, project documentation, office automation, and project management software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint), scheduling tools, and Power Delivery PM platforms. - Strong experience managing the review, approval, and coordination of discipline‑specific deliverables, technical reports, scopes of work, and execution plans within a multi‑project, multi‑disciplinary Power Delivery portfolio. - Demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation from a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, utility clients, subcontractors, consultants, and matrixed internal teams, without formal authority. - Proven commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental performance, including adherence to WSP safety programs, drug/alcohol policies, and harassment‑free workplace standards. - Strong ability to adapt to changing project demands, including flexible schedules, outage‑driven work, and evolving client priorities common in Power Delivery and utility capital programs. - Willingness to support occasional travel to client sites, regional offices, and project locations as required to support Power Delivery project execution and client engagement. Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in Engineering. - Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M). - Registered Professional Engineer (PE License) Also location: based out of Texas or Louisiana with ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location in the southeast region. Must travel to WSP and/or Client office for periodic face to face meetings. Benefits: flexible and agile workplace model; comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement savings. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. We'll create sections:

But we need to avoid repeating "This Opportunity" maybe it's okay as part of paragraph. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can keep that paragraph. Now Responsibilities: from "Your Impact" paragraph(s). Let's extract each responsibility as a bullet.
