Responsibilities
- Lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initiation through close-out in the power sector.
- Manage project execution aspects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Cook up cross-functional project execution teams to align resources effectively with project timelines.
- Conduct project meetings for progress reviews and problem-solving.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop project plans, including risk management strategies.
- Maintain project progress and implement corrective actions to adhere to schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering projects within the power industry.
- Technical engineering knowledge to manage complex engineering challenges effectively.
- PREFERRED: Certifications include PE, PMP, CCM or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing multi-disciplinary teams across various domains.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software like MS Project and Primavera, with advanced scheduling and cost planning abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) is preferred.

Pay
$130,400 – $176,500 annually
