Senior Project Manager - Power

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initiation through close-out in the power sector.
• Manage project execution aspects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Cook up cross-functional project execution teams to align resources effectively with project timelines.
• Conduct project meetings for progress reviews and problem-solving.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Develop project plans, including risk management strategies.
• Maintain project progress and implement corrective actions to adhere to schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering projects within the power industry.
• Technical engineering knowledge to manage complex engineering challenges effectively.
• PREFERRED: Certifications include PE, PMP, CCM or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing multi-disciplinary teams across various domains.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software like MS Project and Primavera, with advanced scheduling and cost planning abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) is preferred.

Pay

$130,400 – $176,500 annually
