Senior Project Manager (Polished Concrete/ Epoxy, Construction)

About the role

The Project Manager at QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is responsible for sales and marketing of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems and materials in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in general flooring, construction, or sales, with experience in account and territory development.

Responsibilities

• Account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing, and business development meetings
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations
• Provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required
• Two to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferred
• Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
• The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
• A college degree is preferred
• A valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
