Senior Project Manager - Municipal

About the role

The successful candidate will manage public assistance grant projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and achieving project goals within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage FEMA Public Assistance grant projects
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and state/local policies
• Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout
• Collaborate with stakeholders including FEMA, local government officials, and contractors
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or public works
• Experience with FEMA Public Assistance grants
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
