Senior Project Manager - Multifamily
About the role
The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and supervision of construction projects to ensure successful delivery within established budgets and schedules while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors.
This role mentors project teams, oversees construction methods, quality and safety compliance, scheduling, strategic planning, procurement, financial reporting, and project organization. The Senior Project Manager proactively identifies and manages risks, reviews contracts and change orders, resolves complex cost and project issues, and supports preconstruction, value engineering, and client development activities. The position also promotes effective use of project management technology and develops team members through training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors
- Mentor project teams and oversee construction methods, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage scheduling, strategic planning, procurement, and financial reporting

Requirements
- Related degree and/or relevant experience
- 7–20 years of recommended experience in project management
