Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the expansion of the Mission Critical division, overseeing complex, large-scale data center and critical infrastructure projects in Ohio and the surrounding region.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mission critical and data center construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts and risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration.
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Drive project performance, quality standards and financial outcomes.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers and other team members.
• Support preconstruction and business development efforts where required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing or other complex commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $50M+
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred.
