Senior Project Manager (Mission Critical)
Summary
The role involves leading and managing a project team, cost control, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, safety controls, and maintaining a high level of quality. Essential duties include reviewing/approving project team on-site setup, monitoring subcontractor bonds, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and generating creative solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review/approve project team on-site setup, including facilities layout, selection of forming systems and equipment.
- Monitor receipt of subcontractor bonds and periodically review status of subcontractor management, change order processing, and shop drawings.
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable of projected costs, contingent liabilities, and contingent savings/increased profits.
- Establish and maintain relationships with owner, design team, and subcontractors while maximizing Haydon’s visibility in the surrounding community.
- Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education And/or Experience: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in construction management, architecture, or similar field. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Experience: Excellent skills in P6 scheduling software and Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On Center OST, MS Project, and HCSS software.
- Personal Attributes: High energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.
