Senior Project Manager - MEP

About the role

The Senior Project Manager - MEP is responsible for overseeing complex MEP projects from conception through completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction phases of MEP projects
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection
• Knowledge of construction methods and techniques
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
