About the role
The Senior Project Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional marketing initiatives that help shape how UCLA Health connects with patients and communities. In this role, you'll partner with teams across strategy, analytics, creative, digital, omnichannel marketing, and more to deliver complex projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals. As a leader within our Marketing Project Management Office, you'll help drive process improvements, establish best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional marketing projects from kickoff to completion.
- Ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with teams across strategy, analytics, creative, digital, and omnichannel marketing.
- Drive process improvements and establish best practices within the Marketing Project Management Office.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Track project progress, communicate updates, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Plan and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, required.
- Project Management Certificate (PMP) and/or Six Sigma, Lean or equivalent project management experience, required.
- 10+ years in project management, with 5+ years of experience in marketing project management.
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at once.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of how individual projects support broader business goals and organizational strategy.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners.
Pay
Salary Range: $100,170 - $218,715/annually
