Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
- Define and manage project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery roadmaps
- Own project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance management
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet delivery commitments
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and executive status reviews to drive decision-making
- Act as the key connector between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership
- Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
- Proactively escalate risks impacting scope, delivery, or financial targets
- Deliver clear, concise reporting and ensure all actions, decisions, and next steps are documented
- Maintain alignment with project governance standards and drive accountability across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are preferred but not required
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within IT or cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage project scope, scheduling, and delivery outcomes
- Experience with budget tracking, financial forecasting, and resource coordination
- Solid vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with voice-enabled customer interaction platforms or similar technologies
- Background in financial processing systems, invoicing, or other revenue-impacting initiatives
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Experience managing multi-team or enterprise-level initiatives
Compensation
$65–$75 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
