We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Job Description The Team ..." then "Responsibilities What You Can Offer Us" then "Qualifications What You Need to Succeed" then "About Us". Also there is mention of salary range? Not provided in the text. No explicit pay or schedule. Benefits mentioned in About Us: "American Tower also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare coverage, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, company holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and access to an Employee Assistance Program focused on mental and financial wellness". That's benefits content. Also mention of annual bonus, equity award, ESPP. So we can include Benefits section with that info. No explicit Pay or Schedule, so omit those sections. We need headings:

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should use appropriate headings based on content. We have "About the role" maybe from "Job Description The Team". Could use "About the role". Then "Responsibilities". Then "Qualifications". Then "About Us" maybe not a standard heading but could be "About the Company" but not in list. The list includes "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (the team description). Responsibilities. Qualifications. Benefits. Possibly Skills? Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine into Qualifications. We'll not create Skills if no separate content. Requirements maybe same as Qualifications; but we have Qualifications section. We'll not duplicate. Thus output:

About the role

... (team description)

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility

Qualifications

  • ... each qualification

Benefits

  • ... benefits
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we must remove that. Also remove "For more information about how American Tower is building a more connected world, visit americantower.com" maybe considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but maybe still promotional; but it's substantive? It's a link to learn more; could be considered boilerplate but it's about the company. Might keep as part of About Us? Actually we didn't include About Us section; we could incorporate that into About the role? The "About Us" paragraph describes company; could be considered substantive. But we don't have a heading for About Us in list; we could put it under About the role? Might be better to include a section "About the Company" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings from list; but we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add About Us heading. Could incorporate that content into About the role? The About the role currently is about team description. Could add company description there as part of About the role? Might be okay. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit About Us paragraph, we lose info. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a

after About the role heading that includes both team description and company overview. That would preserve. Thus About the role section will contain two paragraphs: first about team, second about company. Now Responsibilities: need to extract list items from the responsibilities block. The block starts after "Responsibilities What You Can Offer Us". Then sentences each starting with a verb. We'll turn each sentence into

  • . Need to ensure we capture all. Let's copy responsibilities text: "Lead and manage Information Security projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Monitor project scope, risks, issues, budget, and resource utilization as well as facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews. Ensure project deliverables align with organizational security objectives and strategic priorities. Coordinate project activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, cloud, networking, and business teams. Facilitate communication and issue resolution among project teams and executives. Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and programs. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities. Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Proactively escalate critical risks and obstacles to leadership as necessary, developing mitigation and remediation plans to address project challenges. Maintain project portfolio dashboards, reporting metrics, and executive status updates for Information Security projects and IT and Business-owned projects that have Information Security interests. Manage project intake, prioritization, scheduling, and portfolio governance processes. Manage information security policy and standard maintenance activities. Coordinate resource allocation across multiple Information Security and IT initiatives including the monitoring of resource utilization and capacity to identify conflicts, constraints, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with managers to secure appropriate staffing and project support. Coordinate the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders (POs) and vendor-related expenditures working with Finance, Procurement, and IT leadership to ensure timely processing of POs and invoices. Track software licensing, maintenance renewals, consulting services, and project-related expenditures. Serve as a liaison between Information Security, IT Operations, IT Application Development, Procurement, Legal, and Business Enablement Teams. Other duties as assigned." We'll make each line a
  • . Ensure we keep punctuation inside. Qualifications block: after "Qualifications What You Need to Succeed". Then a paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We'll split into
  • each distinct qualification. Let's extract sentences: "Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Project Management, and/or related field is required." "Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile certifications preferred." "8+ years of project management experience supporting Information Technology and/or Information Security initiatives required." "Experience with PMO governance, portfolio management, and resource planning tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 required." "Experience managing projects with significant cross-functional collaboration from IT Infrastructure, IT Operations and Application Development teams required." "Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or PCI DSS required." "Familiarity with IT Infrastructure and Computer Networking concepts required." "Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex global enterprise environment required." "Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches required." "Experience with PMO activities related to resource and capacity management, budget management, procurement processes, and purchase order administration required." "Experience with change management and software development lifecycle requirements required." "Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively." "Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results." "Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the established timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment." We'll make each a
  • . Benefits: from About Us: "American Tower also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare coverage, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, company holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and access to an Employee Assistance Program focused on mental and financial wellness". Also earlier: "This position is also eligible for annual bonus, and annual equity award and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)." Also "American Tower is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices." That's not benefit but compensation. We'll include benefits: healthcare coverage, 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, company holidays, sick leave, parental leave, Employee Assistance Program, annual bonus, annual equity award, ESPP participation. We'll make each a
  • . We must not include Pay or Schedule sections as not specified. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statement, "For U.S.-based candidates only, please see the base salary range for this position listed below." (no salary range given, but we should remove that line). Also "For candidates outside of the U.S., salary and benefits are based upon local market practice." Remove. Also "please click here to learn more." Remove. Also "American Tower is proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." Remove. Also "American Tower is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices." Might be considered boilerplate but it's about compensation practices; but we already have benefits; maybe keep? It's somewhat generic; but it's not specific benefit. Safer to remove as it's generic statement. However we might lose substantive info about compensation practices; but not required. The instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This line is not EEO but about compensation practices; could be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. I'd keep it? Might be safer to remove as it's generic. But we already have benefits; we could keep a short sentence about compensation practices? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." This line is thin. I'd remove. Thus final HTML:
