Senior Project Manager - Industrial/Manufacturing Construction

About the role

This is a full-time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on ground-up projects related to Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Tilt Wall, Distribution Centers, Cold Storage, and similar. Due to consistent growth, we are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers looking for that next step. We have a strong backlog of work and significant growth moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, such as budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects stay within estimated timeline and budget.
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans.

Requirements

• 8+ recent years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a GC or Dev/GC.
• Experience on ground-up projects for Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Tilt Wall, Distribution Centers, Cold Storage, with specific Build-to-Suit (BTS) project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
