About the role

As a Senior Project Manager in the Industrial sector, you will lead complex projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in industrial settings.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Qualifications
    • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
    • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
    • Knowledge of industrial processes and regulatory environments.

      Pay

      Schedule
